5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are disclosed at the point of offer acceptance. By claiming any bonus on the viptaka 15 platform, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer in addition to this general Agreement.
The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers on viptaka 15 unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (wagering requirement) before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings can be processed.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts constitute a breach of this Agreement.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the viptaka 15 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account on viptaka 15 or assisting any other person in doing so.

- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with casino personnel to manipulate game outcomes.
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event on which bets have been placed on viptaka 15.
- Using the viptaka 15 platform for any money laundering activity, including making deposits with no genuine intent to gamble and subsequently withdrawing the funds.
- Charging back a legitimate deposit to your payment provider after funds have been used to place bets on viptaka 15.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing members of the viptaka 15 customer support team or other players on any platform feature that involves player interaction.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other technical means to conceal your true geographic location.
viptaka 15 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and cooperates with game providers, payment processors, and where legally required, relevant authorities to identify and act on prohibited conduct. We reserve the right to conduct investigations and withhold funds during the course of any such investigation without prior notice to the account holder.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
viptaka 15 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any specific terms applicable to a promotion or game type.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe or provision of fraudulent documentation.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with the account.
- Account inactivity — accounts that have recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. viptaka 15 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy to the account balance.
- At the request of the account holder, including requests made under the self-exclusion programme.
- As required by applicable law or the instruction of a competent authority.
Where an account is closed by viptaka 15 due to a breach of this Agreement, any remaining real-money balance will be assessed in accordance with the nature and severity of the breach. In cases of proven fraud, money laundering, or serious prohibited conduct, balances may be forfeited in their entirety. In all other cases of platform-initiated closure, viptaka 15 will endeavour to return verified real-money balances to the player's registered payment method after deducting any applicable processing costs.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their viptaka 15 account may do so by contacting our support team. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to account closure. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed upon account closure and are not eligible for withdrawal.
This Agreement, and all rights and obligations arising from it, shall survive the closure of your account to the extent necessary to give effect to its terms — including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and any outstanding financial obligations.
